My shirt I made

I found this pattern this summer- and it seemed really easy to put together. I was right. It was so simple- and turns out so nice! I love it! This will be my Thanskgiving shirt!

What I been up to-

My week has flown by- I can not believe it is Friday. My sister came and went- I can not believe the time flew. It seemed so short. I hate that we are so far apart from each other. She truly is my best friend. I love her laugh, and her silly ways about everything. She truly is a gift to me! Since she has left- I have been trying to concentrate on my projects for Christmas. The biggest one is the quilt for Mrs. Sellers- I pray it turns out! So this is what I have done this week...

Noah's Party Saturday...

Though Noah's birthday was during the week we could not go without having a big two year old party, with streamers, decorations, and a theme. Go Diego Go of course was the pick of the year. We had Diego plates, napkins, pinata, table cloth and even a Diego cake.(My sister made the cake herself!) It was so much fun to watch him get excited over everything. I LOVE two year old parties!!!

Noah Turns Two

Layout from marie@freedigitalscrapbooking Today is my baby's Birthday- He turns two years old. It seems like yesterday I was praying and aching for him to be in my arms. Now he is here, walking, talking and keeping all of us on our toes. We are all loving every minute of it! Happy Birthday to my miracle- my joy, my warrior of the King of Kings- Noah-the comforter! Love Mom/

1 Peter 3:1-9-Heirs Together

A word only God can send- This morning I got up early, mostly because I went to bed so early from pure exhaustion from the day. I woke to prepare my husband's path for the day. I made his lunch, coffee, and breakfast-all to go. Saw him off- and now in the peace of the morning while all the children still slumber, I picked up the Remnant, a wonderful magazine from Charity Ministries, and read the article from Rachel Weaver.(my favorite author of the Remnant) Her article is titled "Heirs Together", based on 1 Peter 3:1-9 How many of us examine our marriage enough to realize that we are Heirs Together for the kingdom of God. Or how our attitude, words, and spirit all affect the running, and functioning of not only the home, but also our marriage? 1 Peter 3:1-9 1In the same way, you wives, be submissive to your own husbands so that even if any of them are disobedient to the word, they may be won without a word by the behavior of their wives, 2as they observe your chaste an

Friends

A precious gift given to us by the Lord. True friendship is hard to find and even harder to keep. Here is a scrapping page of some wonderful friends of ours- the Williams family. This family is near and dear to our hearts. We had a great weekend hanging out, laughing and catching up!

So am I getting the hang of this?

Digital Scrappbooking can get pretty addicting, as if I need any more reasons to be on my computer. Now they have created another reason. Anyone that knows me REALLY well knows I LOVE photographs. I have been none to capture the least likely canidate on my camera. Most of the time it is always in an unexpected position, of course, with the look of shock on their face. Others- turn and give me another angle to snap at( for those of you who have done that- you know exactly who you are!-haha) These photos of are my dear friends son- who is truly the comedian of the house. He gives the women of the house something to laugh at. Here he is doing the Lord of Dance- again- least likely character gets caught on camera in his natural form! It was fun! I hope you enjoy these as much as I enjoy making them! Ok on to my next project! God Bless

Family Working Hard

Here is my first attempt at Digital Scrapping- these are a few photos from our weekend of ministry and friends. We went to Dallas and helped a family we love dearly put on a new roof on there new home, so that they can finish moving in! For the men of the Sellers and Williams family it was two days of hard work, but the roof is up and ready! Praise the Lord because the very next day rain arrived in Dallas. Don't we serve an awesome God.

Noah Dancingq

We went to McAllen, Texas with a my missionary Friend- we were waiting to eat outside this Authentic Mexican restaraunt, and Noah heard the music coming from the rock and started to dance. I could not resist taking the video. It was so funny! Enjoy Noah Dancing from Angie Sellers on Vimeo .

Mini-update

Wow- I can not believe how my weeks have flown by. What have I been up too? Well let me see- I went away for three days to south Texas- Rio Grande area. I have never seen that part of Texas- it reminded me alot of Galveston with all the palm trees- not much different. I was hoping to see catus and sand- but no- lots of green. I got back and have been totally focused on school and nursing my #2 son back to health- he had his wisdom teeth removed. Friday Noah had surgery on his tear duct. So it was a busy week for mom on top of schooling, housework, and all my other duties as keeper of the Home. It amazes me November has arrived here in Houston. The trees are finally turning colors! It is great! I love it! Very beautiful! I love November- I love thanksgiving. It is one of my favorite holidays, the other is Easter! My baby turns two right after my birthday- his is the 13th, mine is the 12th. My sister will be here for the week! I am so excited. I miss her dearly! So there you have a mini
