Thoughtful(Thankful) Thursday

Thoughtful Thankful Thursday-

This is so easy for me- I am so thankful for so many things, my children, a home, my salvation, but what am I most thankful for… Well, I will try to describe this most incredible person in my life.  My husband Samuel- How to share with each of you- how truly incredible, loving, kind, strong, and Godly this man TRULY is!!!  And these are not just kind words- these are truths that are lived out in his life daily.(which can be frustrating for my imperfect, failing self)

My husband- Samuel- is a model to each of us(his family) of a sacrificial walk and the sacrificial love which Christ had for us. His life, his motives, his heart is to always displaying the love, grace and Mercy of Christ through all he says and all he does. He is the most unselfish person I have ever known. Each day with him, loving him, knowing him, watching him and his dedication to our Lord, has been the greatest joy in my life. He has shown me, challenged me, and encouraged me to be everything God wants me to be as a mother, a wife, and friend.

I am most thankful- that God knew that I needed Samuel to show me how to laugh, to guide me to Christ, and to show me how to truly love someone!

Thank you Lord for MY BELOVED- Samuel. Bless him in all he touches!- Jesus Name-AMEN

He works at an amusement park, and is around people all day long who standards, or morals do not quite match what we(through God's grace) have tried to instill in him. All day long he is whispered at about what he should have, and what he should be doing at "his age".  Today while reading the Word these verses stood out.... Proverbs 23 15  My son, if thine heart be wise, my heart shall rejoice, even mine. 16  Yea, my reins shall rejoice, when thy lips speak right things. 17  Let not thine heart envy sinners: but be thou in the fear of the  Lord  all the day long His heart started to "envy" what these whisperers were saying to him and started to feel like he has been missing out on something in life.  Really?  How do we envy sinners?  How do we as professing believers say "
