Daily Scripture and thoughts

but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint. (Isaiah 40:31 ESV)

Dear Ones
Waiting the hardest thing to do. Man is a create that wants and desires instant gratification. We are part of a society that instant gratification is encouraged and costly flaunted- the Word reminds us that waiting on The Lord renews our strength. We are able to wait, we are able to because the strength we receive is not ours, it is from Him. Waiting means sacrifice, waiting means allowing God to do within us whatever He desires to do to mold us and shape us. Waiting means that We are Not In Control!

Waiting- means God is God and you are not- we are all waiting in one way or another. The question is are you willing to wait? Are you willing to allow God to use you? Are you willing to be guided by Him and strengthened by Him?

Lord be my strength and I seek you and wait upon you.
